    Today we have receive an interesting feedback asking us what happens to the data we have received such as voicemails and faxes and I would thought this would be good to share with everyone.

    After checking with our system engineer, all faxes or voicemails are deleted instantly after they have been converted to pdf or wav format and put on the email queue.

    Hope this post will be helpful to other customers who are concern how their data and info are managed after they arrive on our servers.

    Note: the above only applies to dedicated fax service and all services that has a dedicated telephone number

    Recently, we have receive a large number of request and interest for personalized on-hold music (the music your caller will hear when we put them on hold or when we’re transferring the call to you). As such, we have been working on the needs and have upgraded our telephony system to cater for that.

    This service is now available to all customers who have a dedicated telephone number with us and the cost for this personalization will only be RM5.00 per month (with a billing cycle of 6 months) plus one time setup fee of RM25.00.

    We can setup your account to use the music / recordings of your choice which you will need to send to us.

    To sign up for this exciting service, simply email us the music or recording of your choice in (.wav or .mp3 format), your dedicated phone number with us and your preferred billing cycle.

    For every change after the confirmation of the music, a fee of RM25.00 applies.
