First, take 5 minutes of your time to register an account with us. Our online registration form is very easy to fill and there are plenty of payment options - Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Cash.

Then, you will be issued a Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia phone number (6203 xxxx or 6203 xxxx) within 24 hours which you can used in your namecards, marketing materials, websites or company registration.

During our office hours (Monday to Saturday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm GMT+8), our Receptionist.com.my agents will answer any calls in your company name for you. The message will be passed to you immediately via email or/and SMS. In the event of URGENT matter, we will even call you.

After office hours, we can forward your calls to a designated number as advised by you.

2. Recorded and Notification will be sent via Email / SMS.
3. Mail / Parcel will be stored securely awaiting collection or further instructions.
VO Shared Fax Process
1. Fax received for clients will go into general inbox.
2. Sorted by back office.
3. Recorded and will be forwarded to designated email address.
VO Private Fax Process
1.
Fax received at dedicated number will be instantly forwarded to designated email address.
2.
Back office will check and generate report each day to ensure fax is successfully delivered to recipient's mailbox.
VO Reception Process
1.
Calls received at the dedicated number will be answered by our highly trained receptionist.
2.
Calls will be handled based on pre-advised instruction given by our clients.
3.
If message is taken, it will be entered into the system for recording and reporting purposes.
4.
We will notify customer of the call within 10 minutes after the call ends.
