Flexi Personal Assistant (FPA) is a service designed for individuals
who wish to have the power to control which calls they should answer
and to have certain calls screened for them. In todays' busy and complex world,
we all know that at times, some calls are not welcome yet we would like to know
what the call is about. FPA is here to help you when you're in an inconvenient
position to answer a call which may be important or may not.
FPA is trained to screen the caller for as much information as possible therefore useful information can be relay to you immediately.

Once you sign up for our FPA service, you will be asked to complete a Personal Information Form (PIF). In this form, you can control what information you want to reveal to the caller and to us. Your FPA will answer your phone calls according to the PIF. All information given on PIF will stored securely and it is only available to the FPA when they are actually answering your call.
Information on the PIF can be updated as when you required therefore your FPA can always provide your caller updated and accurate information.
In most cases, your FPA will also take down the caller's name, contact number and messages. These information will be relayed to you via SMS or EMAIL, whichever you prefer.
